How Do Refunds Work?
Refunds that result in a credit balance on a student’s account will be refunded to the student. Refunds will be automatically issued back to the student’s credit card if this method was used to pay in the spring term. If the student selected a refund preference with BankMobile, a refund will be issued using the refund preference selected. Please monitor PAWS for confirmation of the refunds.
